I want to leave before the end of the tenancy
We understand that occasionally individuals may need to move earlier than the end of the tenancy. You should discuss this with your house mates as you are all legally responsible for the house and the rent. Your Landlord may permit you to sublet your room to another suitable tenant. Give us a ring as soon as possible to discuss your options.

How and when do I get my deposit back?
We will refund your deposit after the end date of your tenancy. You must provide us with proof that all your utilities bills have been settled to the end of your tenancy (in most cases this will be Southern Water, Midkent Water, an electricity provider and a gas provider. If you have caused any damage to the property beyond acceptable wear and tear we will need to arrange for repairs to be carried out and await the relevant invoices before we can process your deposit. We will do our best to get your deposit back to you as quickly as possible. Help us by leaving the house as you would expect to find it.
