Seen it, liked it, want it! What do we do now?
We will ask you to pay the holding fee as soon as you all agree. We will then remove the property from our list and hold it for you while we check references. There is also an administration fee of £130 per person and a reduced insurance premium of £38.50 per tenant for the whole year.

You will also need a UK based guarantor, this is someone who will sign a legal document agreeing to pay the rent on your behalf should you default.

I don’t have a UK based guarantor, can I still rent though you?
We will accept one guarantor for the whole household. If no one has this you may pay your rent in advance.

We’ve seen a 4-bedroom property we would like to rent but there are only 3 of us. Can we still take it?
All of our properties are let on a “per household” not “per tenant” rate. However, we will approach your Landlord about reducing the rent if appropriate.
